Terms and Conditions
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, if we cannot dispatch in that timescale it is most unusual for dispatch to be longer than 5 working days from the date you place your order. If for any reason we anticipate there will be an undue delay we will inform you and you may cancel your order if you wish. There are occasions when due to circumstances beyond our control an item will become unavailable for a period; we will always keep you updated should this occur.
Tax Charges
All our prices are shown exclude VAT (except certain vending supplies) which will be charged at the current rate.
Credit Card Security
Credit and Dedbit Card transactions are processed by PayPal (Europe) Ltd., which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to Paypal's using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the Paypal site, Paypal's server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches Paypal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Paypal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet.
Your credit or debit card information is never seen by Strathlodge Services Ltd. and does not pass through our server at any time.
Claims for loss
All claims for loss must be made within 28 days of placing your order

Strathlodge Services Limited, do not disclose buyers information to third parties. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Complaints
We will endeavour to respond to any complaint made in writing within 5 working days.
Cancellation.
You may cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason, this period commences the day after you receive the goods provided no seals have been broken on the packages. You must return the goods post paid and your payment will be refunded in full within 30 days.
